Complimentary airport transfers and local coach transfers from official hotels to exhibition venue and official events/ functions.

HOSTING PROGRAMME
All Buyer applicants will automatically be validated for eligibility into the hosting programme.
Submission of registration is NOT a confirmation of hosting. All applications must be validated by the TRAVEX Secretariat and approved by the Host Committee.
All Buyer applicants will be notified of their status (hosted / non-hosted / non-eligibility) by email.
Hosted Buyer Privileges
In addition to the above Buyer Entitlements, hosted buyers receive:
Reimbursement Economy class flight tickets (subject to a cap amount which will be advised) *
Complimentary accommodation (4 or 5 nights depending on destination of entitled flight origin) *
Access to hosted delegate only functions
A chance to participate in post-show tours at a special rate

REGISTRATION FEES
A registration fee of USD 300 (non-refundable) is payable by all confirmed buyers (hosted and non-hosted) only.
CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND REFUND
The ATF TRAVEX 2013 Secretariat must be notified in writing (by fax, email, or letter) of any cancellation or delegate substitution, with receipt acknowledgement from the TRAVEX Secretariat.
Cancellation for Buyers postmarked on or before 15 November 2012 shall be granted a refund less US$90.
No refund shall be made for cancellation postmarked after 15 November 2012 for all Buyers.
All refunds will only be remitted after the close of ATF 2013.
An administration fee of US$60 will be levied to every substitution made for a Buyer registration.
Lost badges will be replaced upon payment of an administrative fee of US$15.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Only duly registered TRAVEX Buyers are allowed to participate in TRAVEX. Admissions to TRAVEX will be strictly on the basis of TRAVEX name badges. All Buyers are required to wear their badges at all times, and in proper business attire in the TRAVEX area.
Buyers may not promote or sell any tourism products/services or any other products/services to any other BUYER, SELLER OR MEDIA during TRAVEX and the entire duration of his/her stay in the Host Country.
